Are you sitting down? I hope so, because in today’s rental market, it’s hard to believe… we are actual people! Yes! The actual owners of the properties. People who have worked hard, saved our money, bought a house, fixed it up, and are renting it for a small profit.

We’re super nice. And super mean. Whaaat? Let me explain…

We’re the type of landlord who you can call up and say, “I don’t know what happened, but my door keeps getting stuck,” and we will be right there to help fix it. You do not have to “put in a request” and then wait for weeks, while trying to live with something like a broken stove. See? Super nice! And very responsive! On the other hand, we are sticklers for two things: Paying the rent on time, and taking good care of the home. No, we don’t expect you to groom the lawn with a nose hair scissor, but we also don’t expect you to let it grow to your knees. We don’t expect you to sanitize the bathrooms like a hospital, but we don’t expect it to be so gross that you’ve named the mildew like a pet. And paying the rent on time is not optional.
